We are proud to announce that the Touchpoint Negotiation Team has reached a Tentative Agreement, and it was ratified by our members on November 18, 2025. This marks the successful completion of a two-year contract with Touchpoint.
Donna Gray, Calvin Parks, Tonya Gaines, and Shamika Ingham worked incredibly hard throughout this process, and their dedication reflects our commitment to securing the best possible terms for our members. They were assisted by Service Representative Paul Brooks and Organizer Monica Artis.
As part of the ratified agreement, members voted in the following wage increases effective October 1, 2025, and October 1, 2026, respectively:
- 0–5 years of service: 2.75% increase
- 5–10 years of service: 3% increase
- 10+ years of service: 3.5% increase
Additional improvements include:
- Lead Pay increasing to $1.60
- Training Pay set at $1.00 above regular pay while performing training assignments.
- Attendance Incentive: Beginning January 1, 2026, members with perfect attendance (no sick leave, tardiness, or leaves of absence) will earn $125.00 every three months.
- **Michigan Sick Leave Law**: Effective November 19, 2025, members will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Any unused earned sick time will roll over into the next year.
